During his service with former U.S. Senator Don Nickles, Ryan assisted in crafting legislation benefiting Oklahoma farmers and ranchers, building roads and bridges, securing the rights of hunters and fishermen and aiding the victims of crime. Ryan is a fourth generation native of the Oklahoma Panhandle.
